Terms of Service
Last updated June 10, 2026
Dyler is in private beta. These terms cover the waitlist and the beta service as it exists today. They’re written to be read, not skimmed past.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation.
- We’ll email you about access. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- Beta access is invite-based and rolls out gradually by city.
The beta service
- Dyler places calls to service providers you ask it to contact, asks questions on your behalf, and produces a comparison report.
- Dyler never books, purchases, or commits you to anything. Every dispatch requires your explicit confirmation first.
- Reports are decision support, not professional advice. Verify licensing, insurance, and contract terms directly with any vendor before hiring.
- Dyler does not handle medical, legal, or financial-advisory requests. These are refused by design.
- The beta is provided as-is. It is free during the beta period; if that changes, we’ll tell the waitlist before it does.
Fair use
- Don’t use Dyler to harass vendors, to place requests you have no intent to consider, or to contact parties who have asked not to be called.
- Vendors who ask not to be called again are added to our internal do-not-call list and are not contacted again.
