Recording Policy
Last updated June 10, 2026
Recordings are the backbone of Dyler’s product: every claim in your report links to the moment in a call it came from. That only works if recording is handled openly. Here is how it’s handled.
What gets recorded
- Calls Dyler places to vendors on your behalf are recorded and transcribed.
- Recordings exist so you can verify your report. They are buyer-side evidence, not surveillance.
Disclosure
- Dyler introduces itself as an AI assistant calling on the buyer’s behalf, and answers truthfully whenever a vendor asks whether they’re speaking with an AI.
- A vendor who declines to speak with an AI can end the call at any point; that outcome is noted in your report so you can follow up yourself.
Where the beta operates
The beta currently operates in Nebraska, a one-party-consent state for call recording. As Dyler expands to other states, recording and consent handling will follow the law of each state before launch there, including states that require all-party consent.
Access and retention
- Your call recordings are accessible to you through your report. They are not published, shared with other customers, or sold.
- You can request deletion of your recordings and report at any time by replying to any email from us.
